Mae’s Dance and Physical Fitness – Class Overview 

Our supportive classes designed for neurodivergent children and teens, including individuals with autism, ADHD, and movement or coordination differences of all abilities, emphasizing wellness, inclusion, safety, and fun. Each session integrates: 

  • Physical fitness, Zumba, and dance for whole-body growth                             Engaging movement activities like Zumba and dance improve strength, coordination, balance, and body awareness—while boosting mood, energy, and confidence through fun, rhythmic exercise.
