REFUND POLICY

At Mae’s Dance and Physical Fitness, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized fitness and dance sessions for individuals of all abilities. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we want to be transparent about our refund policy.

1. Single Sessions

  • Payment for single sessions is due before or at the time of booking.

  • Refunds for single sessions are not provided if the session is missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

  • If a session is canceled with 24 hours or more notice, a refund or reschedule will be offered.

2. Memberships (Silver, Gold, Diamond)

  • Memberships are billed monthly.

  • Memberships may be canceled at any time.

  • Refunds for partial months are not issued, but membership will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

  • Upgrades or downgrades between membership tiers must be requested before the next billing cycle.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

  • If a session or class is canceled by Mae’s Dance and Physical Fitness, a full refund or rescheduled session will be provided.

  • Refunds may also be considered for medical emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, upon review. Documentation may be required.

4. How to Request a Refund or Reschedule

  • Contact us via phone or email at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to request a refund or reschedule.

  • All refund or reschedule requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

We are committed to fairness, transparency, and ensuring that every client and family feels supported.
